Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 1-2 drops of essential oil.
Mist – Use 3-5 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed.
